Importing a Contact List into Home Resource Club
Question: Bad/Suspect Contact Email Addresses
In the past, many of my contacts could not receive the newsletter because of "incorrect email addresses". Many of these were Yahoo email addresses. And many of the emails were correct but NOT according to My Home Management Club. I certainly hope that this will now be corrected and these contacts can now receive the newsletter. Please advise. Thank you.
Solution:
MHC 2.0 is being mail sender certified so that sponsor messages will reach the inbox of your contacts. Sender certification requires that we follow certain practices in our enrollment, cancellation and delivery. We anticipate this problem to go away with MHC 2.0

my photo no longer appears in my bio nor does it appear when I preview the alert. My photo appearing in front of my contacts is one of the main reasons for doing the newsletter. so they feel they know me.

Question: how do I cancel my subscription
I would like to cancel my subscription as a sponsor.
Solution:
To send a cancellation request go to http://www.myhome-connection.us/billing.asp and complete the form. Your affiliate will contact you to confirm the cancellation. Once confrmed, your payment information will be removed from the system and your sponsorship canceled.

Question: Website Link Not Working
The link no longer works on my website for sign up. ALso, you can't get to the home plate ... says it does not exist. What is going on?
Solution:
With the launch of My Home 2.0 you will need to copy new "sign up links" to your web site. Log into the new sponsor center at http://www.myhomemanagementclub.com/sponsor or http://www.myhome-connection.us/sponsor and click on "Sign Up Link". then copy and paste the link into your web page.
We have eliminated the login and created a new Sponsor Portal that members will go to. They will have access to the portal with the launch of the first e-alert next week.

Question: Importing a Contact List into Home Resource Club
I am working to sync the contact list that is in Home Resouce Club with a list that I keep concurrently in TopProducer 8i. What is the easiest way to take the list that is in 8i (which can easily be turned into an Excel file) and sync it with HRC. Would it be possible to delete my current contact list and freshly import those 8i contacts into HRC. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Solution:
Please send your 8i contacts export to meila@creativealliances.com. She will validate the file and send it on to IT for import. At your direction we can drop all existing contacts and import these new but please keep in mind that when you do this you lose all access to historical reporting for the previous list.
